Does a really good job of setting the mood. Feels like winter in an eery forest

LloydeSorrow responds:

Thank you!

Really, Really odd track. Like I kept listening to see where you'd take it. I honestly love the last bit of it (~1:05 onward).

Aside from the speed change, is there a reason it's hella compressed though?

Super-shape responds:

honestly, i'm not entirely sure as to why it's compressed. the speed change is the only thing i could think of to point to it, but i don't have enough audio-related knowledge to know why. thank you for your review though, i enjoyed making this track.

Moody. You build a really good atmosphere in this track, also really love the vocal(ish) lead you used :)

A little bit uneventful but enjoyable regardless.

Nice melodies! It's got a real cinematic or a cut-scene kinda vibe, like there's a story being told either way.

Pleasant listening (though a lot of that's pretty tied to the awesome source material). Nice cover either way!

Svenzo responds:

Thanks,glad to hear

This some iglooghost shit, good work man :D

Well that was a ride. Really, really well handled transitions and each section of the song sounded great too :)

AlbeGian responds:

Thank you, super glad you liked it!

The fact that the last few minutes are actually pretty pleasant is impressive. Taken as a whole though there's not a whole lot for the listener. Cool experiment though.

ZappaFan52 responds:

Yeah the first half of it just kind of came out as a really harsh wash tbh lol I tried to do some neat things with the stereo field and the way each note sat in it but I'm not sure that came across very well so I made sure for the last bit to be a little more melodic lol

Love the sound! It's a little washed production wise, but that works for the theme overall. It's got a good progression and you executed the change up around 1:46 really well.

Only gripe with it might be that the drones kinda over power the vocals here and there making it hard to make out the lyrics. Great work otherwise!

RedSoul92 responds:

Thanks for the feedback, I agree that I may have went overboard on the blurriness, getting the vocals to stand out of the mix has always been an aspect I struggle with.
