Kinda one note, but the blasted out production is really, really great. This could have easily super messy but it all works together super well.

Some of my favorite stuff from you purely on the music and instrumentation side. That build towards the end comes together incredibly.

That said, if you hadn’t included the lyrics i don’t know if i’d been able to catch a single word because the vocals are so buried.

Serious one or not, your work has definitely been getting better :)

This is such a rad track. That dissonant synth loop is melancholy and catchy in all the right ways.

The processed vocals and breakbeat all work together really nicely. Also, the kinda scifi-esque framing of the whole track is definitely on the hokey side but it also works.

Love the instrumentation. Really pretty guitar work. Not crazy about the autotuned vocals but maybe that’s just my taste.

Mostly just wish it was longer :p

Interesting listening to this and then the earlier recording. Maybe I’m reading too into it but the tone here sounds almost more resigned, like you know the issues are here whether you want them or not. The earlier recording feels rawer in a way, it’s still new and has the sting of something you don’t fully understand yet.

Good song writing as always.

Ya, I even capo'd 2nd fret on standard tuning rather than leaving it open on a full step down to kinda keep it out of a darker tone and I am 10 years older now and just more tired really, just too tired to really fight it anymore

Chill, kinda bleak, good shit. Wish it had a little more instrumental variety, but as a catchy single it definitely works.
