This is such a fun track.

UmValent responds:

Happy to hear that, Bitbeak!

Nice little jazzy jam.

Vista-Sound13 responds:

Well, I am glad you liked this short track, so thank you, buddy! :)

Really like that lonely synth at the start of this. Enjoyed the energy overall, kind of a triumphant vibe in spite of the whole "I doubt we'll make it through" bit :P

Vocals remind me of a cross somewhere between like early, early 2000's pop punk and Weebl's more sincere tracks, works well with the instrumental.

JamesHeart responds:

i imagined a space shuttle as the participants (maybe soldiers or engineers) are experiencing a crash landing making the best of the situation.. on a mission to a planet that maybe was a suicided mission in the first place... so i get the issue ...
maybe they have landing gear or .. maybe not .. but they will do what they must and they aren't regretful

its a super hopeful tune ^^ i imagen they reach the planet surface and continue Their journey

Weebl is a huge inspiration for me so that is flattering .. been hearing his stuff even before i knew this was possible for me

Newgrounds needs more goof fests like this, nice little song or skit or whatever.

Cockadoodledee responds:

A good goof is good for the soul!

Lovely guitar work as usual. Really like the tone of this one, makes melancholy feel like floating

ConnorDeVaux responds:

Thanks mane, that’s an interesting way to put it but ya, I agree, when touched the right way it feels weightless. Thanks again for the kind review :)

This track is so pleasant, one you can really close your eyes to and just be with.

popolamusic responds:

Thank you so much my man!

Really well put together track, you juggle all the moving parts super well. Also you definitely succeeded on hitting the cute genre.

Zepheriyah responds:

Thanks so much! This is my first time experimenting with ‘cute’ sounding music, so I’m really happy that you said that.

Good lord that guitar processing is lovely. Love the space in this track.

ConnorDeVaux responds:

Thanks a lot for the kind review :)

This kinda rules. Never heard post rock combined with chiptune (and like a touch of synth wave with that lead that comes in at 1:27ish), but heck it works really well.

GrizzlyCogs responds:

Oh thank you ! I knew a band who was really good at combining post-rock and chiptune, i'mno sure they are still active, but they are very good : https://forastronauts.bandcamp.com/album/for-astronauts-and-satellites

Catchy and sweet tune. I thought it might get old but I actually really liked the ambience the pencil adds to the track :)

Vista-Sound13 responds:

I just wanted to make another track with the pencil ambiance. I might do another one. Oh, and thanks for reviewing the song; I am glad you liked it!
